ASRAB will be partnering with the Soccability Para Soccer program. This is for individuals 6 and up who are interested in developing their soccer skills in a social environment! Anyone with a visual, cognitive, or developmental disability is welcome to join.
ASRAB is partnering with the Edmonton Blind Curling club to offer a curling lesson for all skill levels. Curling is a team sport that can be played competitively or recreationally, and involves throwing a stone down a sheet of ice towards a target. Please dress in warm clothing and wear shoes with grip on the bottom, indoor running shoes are preferred.
ASRAB is hosting classes for members to learn physical literacy skills. Physical literacy is the motivation, confidence, physical competence, knowledge, and understanding of movement for engagement in physical activities for life. These skills are the building blocks that are essential for a successful transition into sport and physical activities. Please wear indoor runners!
Come try out gymnastics with the ASRAB! This five week program offers children the basic gymnastic skills in a fun environment. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows movement. Tight sweatpants or shorts are preferred. If you have long hair please wear it up and don’t forget to bring your smiles!
